What is Check In/Check Out time?
Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am

Can I have an early Check In / late Check Out?
While we do our best to accommodate all requests for early check ins, we cannot guarantee that rooms will be ready prior to the 3pm check in time. Please inform our reservations department when making your reservation and we will do our best to ensure your room is ready as soon as possible. Late check outs are available based on availability. Please speak with the front desk on the day of your departure and if possible we will arrange for a later check out.

If my room is not ready can I store my luggage?
In the event you arrive early, or simply wish to store your bags after check out, please bring them to our concierge desk in the lobby and we will be more than happy to store it for you.

Is Parking Available?
The hotel does offer limited underground parking on a first come / first serve basis at a rate of $23.00 CAD per night with unlimited in and out privileges. When entering the garage you will be issued a ticket which must be brought to the front desk for validation for the length of your stay. Your ticket will be valid until 3pm on the day of departure. Please note that oversized vehicles (over 6” tall) should see the front desk for alternative parking arrangements. Should our lot be full the front desk will be able to refer you to nearby public lots. Read more about our Parking and Traffic information.

What is your cancellation policy?
Rooms which are guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to the first night charge. Please note that reservations made through Best Western Central Reservations, through online resellers or other 3rd parties must be cancelled through the booking source directly and not with the hotel. In some cases, cancellation fees may apply. Please check with your seller directly.

Can I pay in cash if I don't have a credit card?
Reservations which are not guaranteed with a credit card will be placed on a 6pm hold and will be automatically cancelled at 6pm of day of arrival if not checked in. Once the reservation is cancelled, we cannot guarantee that the room and rate will still be available. For cash paying guests, upon check in, you will be required to pay for the room and tax for the duration of your stay as well as a $100.00 security deposit. Additionally, you will be required to provide 2 pieces of government issued photo identification.

Is there an age limit for making a reservation?
Guest rooms must be reserved by persons 19 years of age or older and a minimum of one person in the room must be over 19 years of age and hold a valid credit card or 2 pieces of government issued photo identification.

What is the maximum number of persons allowed in a room?
The maximum number of adults in a standard room is 4, or 2 adults and up to 4 children under the age of 12. Our suites do allow a maximum of 6 persons in the room. Should an additional rollaway bed be needed, a $10 charge per night will apply.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
For the safety and security of our guests, we do not allow pets in the hotel. The hotel does allow service dogs for the disabled.

Are there safes in the room?
There are no safes in the room, however the front desk does offer complimentary safe deposit boxes for passports, travelers cheques, wallets etc. For details, or to store larger items, please see the front desk for details

Does the hotel offer a wake up service?
The hotel does offer wake up calls. Please follow the instructions listed on your telephone to set up your wake up call.

Do you have a pool?
The hotel does have a heated outdoor pool which is open for the months of June, July and August. The pool is lifeguarded at all times and towel service is provided. The pool is accessible with your room key. The pool is open from 10am to 1pm and 2pm – 6pm and 7pm - 9pm and is weather dependant.

Is there internet access?
For those who have their computer, the hotel offers complimentary wireless high speed internet access in all guest rooms and public areas. Please ask the front desk for the user name and password to access the network. For those who do not have a computer, the hotel offers a complimentary business centre located on the 2nd floor. The business centre is open 24 hours a day and is accessible with your room key. For guests who require faxing or photocopying services, please see the front desk and they will be happy to assist you.

What credit cards are accepted?
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Interact. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Do you give points?
As a member of the Best Western family, we do offer Best Western Rewards® Points for all stays. Please remember to give your Best Western Rewards® card number when checking in to ensure you are awarded your points.

Do you offer an airport shuttle?
The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. The fastest way to reach the hotel is by taxi which are lined up in front of the arrivals level. The approximate cost for one way is $60.00. Alternatively, there is also the Airport Express Bus which will take you to the Delta Chelsea hotel, and from there it is about a 10 minute walk. Please see the Airport Express kiosk in the arrivals level at the airport.

Do you have an exercise room?
The hotel does offer both a weight and cardio room for your pleasure on the 3rd floor. The rooms are accessible with your room key. Men’s and Women’s saunas are also available on this floor

Do you have a restaurant?
The Primrose Restaurant is open daily for breakfast year round from 7am to 10am and serves both a buffet and a la carte menu. Dinner and bar service is offered seasonally. Please check with the front desk for current restaurant hours. The hotel does not offer room service.

Do you offer currency exchange?
The hotel does change American dollars to Canadian dollars. Please check with the front desk for the daily exchange rate. Please note that we cannot give change in American dollars and cannot convert back any unused Canadian currency to American.

Is there a fee for phone calls?
The hotel does offer complimentary local calls, 1-800 calls and calling card calls. Any direct dial long distance will be charged at the hotel’s long distance rate.

Can I have a package shipped to me?
The hotel will accept any packages or mail for guests currently in house or future reservations. Please note that the hotel will not accept any deliveries which are C.O.D or require payment. Please ensure that packages are clearly marked with the guest’s name and arrival date.
