you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, timbit, donut, or bagel. A great addition to any

Parking
Limited underground parking is available at the property on site in our underground garage.
Parking access is located on the east side of the building off Jarvis Street at Carlton.
The charge is $23.00 per day (based on a 24 hr. period) with full in/out privileges.
Access to underground parking requires key card entry.
Gift Shop and Sundries
Memories of your vacation to Toronto can be preserved through the purchase
of a charming souvenir. Forgot something? Our in house gift shop has everything
you need and more. From film to fashion our gift shop is conveniently located in
our main lobby.
Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services
In extending the benefits of your home away from home, the Primrose hotel
provides the convenience of same day laundry and dry cleaning services.
Drop your items off at the main reception desk before 8:30 AM and have your
items returned to you by 5:30 PM the same day. Dry Cleaning and Laundry
Services are not offered on Sundays or Holidays, for additional information
please speak to anyone of our staff members at the front desk.
Hotel Concierge
Our hotel Concierge can assist you in reserving tickets to: City Tours,
Niagara Falls and Vineyard Tours, Broadway Shows or any major Concert
or event. Explore all the city has to offer by letting our Concierge recommend
some of the most exciting city districts to visit and shop, or scenic discovery
paths to walk. All that the city has to offer is only a recommendation away,
our Concierge desk is located in the main lobby next to the main reception desk.
Free Wi-Fi Network
The Best Western Primrose Hotel is equipped with High Speed Wi-Fi support. Internet connectivity is available in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. Most notebook PC's will configure to the hotel network with ease given it's open configuration. Provisions have been made to secure the network from the most standard security risks. Certain adjustments, which don't jeopardize the safety of all network users, may be provisioned for you prior to your arrival (ie. certain VPN access).
