The Primrose Best Western Hotel is proud to be partners with BELAV Audio Visual who supplies
all audio visual equipment and services for our meetings and conventions. 

From basic needs such as a screen or LCD projector to more in depth set ups such as translation equipment and sound mixing, BELAV will ensure that your meeting is provided with the highest
level of equipment and service. Please note that one basic podium microphone is included with
the room rental. 

Arrangements can be made through the hotel, and your requirements will be forwarded to BELAV who will then send a written quotation. Should you have specific questions or require further information please feel free to contact BELAV directly at the following location. Billing for all audiovisual services is arranged through BELAV and not the hotel.
