WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN / CHECK OUT?

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am



CAN I HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT?


While we do our best to accommodate all requests for early check in, we can not guarantee
rooms will be ready prior to 3:00pm. Please inform our reservations department when making
your reservation and we will do our best to ensure your room is available as soon as possible.
Late check outs are also based on availability. Please speak with a member of our front desk
staff and if possible we will do all we can to arrange for a later departure.



IF MY ROOM IS NOT READY WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY LUGGAGE?

In the event you need to store your luggage, please bring it to our concierge desk and they
will be more than happy to store it for you for as long as needed.



WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Rooms, which are guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled up until 4pm on the day of
arrival without penalty. Please contact our reservations department to receive your cancellation number. Please note that rooms not booked directly through the hotel (i.e rooms booked via the internet, through Best Western International or through a travel agent or tour company) must be canceled with them directly and not the hotel. In some cases a cancellation fee may be charged. Please check with them directly.



WHAT IF I DID NOT GUARANTEE MY RESERVATION?

Guest rooms, which are not guaranteed with a credit card will be cancelled at 6:00pm on the
day of arrival. If you are not planning on arriving until after 6:00pm, please ensure your reserv-
ation is guaranteed.



WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY VALUABLES?

The hotel does have complimentary safe deposit boxes at the front desk, which can store
your passports, traveler cheques or other valuables you don’t want to carry with you. Please
see the front desk for details.



DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A WAKE UP SERVICE?

The hotel does have a wake up service. Simply dial “0” from your in room telephone or
inform the front desk and we will ensure you are awake on time.



OOPS, I FORGOT MY TOOTHBRUSH – CAN YOU HELP?

The front desk does have some emergency supplies of toiletries should you have forgotten
to pack something. Alternatively the lobby gift store also sells such items.



WHAT CREDIT CARDS AND POINT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?

The hotel accepts visa, mastercard, American express, Diners and Discover cards as well
as Debit. Personal cheques are not accepted. As a member of the Best Western chain, we
provide Gold Crown Club points to members. Please remember to show your card when
checking in.



IS THERE ANYWHERE TO CHECK MY EMAIL?

For those who do not have a computer with them and want to check their email, the business
center in the Sales office on the 2nd floor has computers available. Hours of operation are
Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.



ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?

For the safety and security of our guests, pets are not permitted in the hotel. The hotel does
allow however, assistance dogs for the disabled.



WHAT IS THAT MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN A ROOM?

The maximum number of adults in a room is 4. 2 adults and up to 4 children under the age
of 12 are allowed in a room, however if an extra roll away bed is needed, a $10.00 per night
charge will apply.



IS THERE ANY AGE LIMIT TO RENTING A ROOM?

Guestrooms must be reserved by persons 19 years or age or older, and a minimum of one
person in the room must be over 19 years of age with a valid credit card in their name.



ANY CHANCE OF GETTING TICKETS FOR TONIGHT’S GAME?

Looking for a suggestion for a restaurant? Want to see if tickets are still available for a
game? Please speak with our concierge and they will do all they can to assist you in
arranging your outings.
